Hey this is Mark Barrera owner of Marks platinum pressure washing and as a buisness owner myself I suggestif you are looking for a very detailed and honest review read thisLast year I noticed transmission problems with my 2011 Ford f150 Platinum took it to a place in labelle called Randy’s garage after 2000$ wasted on a part the recommended that would fix the problem and it didn’t leaving the parking lot the same day it got even worse they suggested to change the transmission because it was shot which yes it was I looked into Lee transmission seen the reviews and “ Kevin’s “ character and wanting to get things right so we started the process of the new transmission swap fair price for the work we do that one week later same problem the timing chain was also defective which again was more money but we got that done as well a week after that same problem me and Kevin had a very personal meeting to get took a drive and had a great talk about getting this done correctly after all the money I spent after week of test driving the transmission they had sent to them and (not there fault) put in was inefficient and due for a replacement and with the three year warranty we swap it out one more time and the truck in brand new cam phasers transmission and timing chain and yes it was pretty penny but a fair one my only mistake was going to the company before who stole $2000 just to suggest the transmission after which was going to be $7000 with there discount supposedly ‘ But my first day at Lee transmission I told them the part that they suggested to get done and right away. They told me they have two options try and fix that part or replace the transmission. The other company didn’t have the decency to do that. So yes, I 100% recommend Kevin and Lee transmission and there was no bad money spent very punctual and honest company. God bless you guys. The truck is life brand new.

I was very fortunate to have Lee transmission diagnosis my transmission problems. Many codes were showing up. Last year a service shop replaced the TCM, $1000.00 , a waste of money, the problem reappeared. Due the the honesty at Lee, they found that I was 6 quarts low on transmission fluid and there were no visible leaks! My transmission is running perfectly! Lee Transmission recently rebuilt my transmission after losing 3rd & 4th gear. They sent a tow truck to pick it up and completed the work in just a couple days for the quoted cost which was substantially less than estimates from other shops! Other local shops would not commit to a cost or time to repair despite estimates that were $1,000-$1,500 higher. Lee contacted me every step of the way to confirm progress. You cannot find a better shop with the experience to take on a major repair or rebuild and execute the work as agreed to - 6 stars if I could!!
I can't recommend Lee Transmission & Auto Repair. On March 31st, I took my 2002 Chevy Suburban in to have the transmission rebuilt. They promised it would be done by April 7th, but it ended up taking an entire extra week. While delays can happen, this was frustrating. When I finally picked up my vehicle, I noticed a leak from the transfer case. The manager, Kevin, had me leave it again for repairs. They claimed it was fixed, but shortly after, the shifter cable went out. They towed it back and said they'd fix it at no cost, but they only replaced half the cable, even though I paid for a full replacement. To top it off, I discovered that the transfer case leak was just smeared with silicone and still leaking. I have photo evidence to back this up. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not trust them with any future repairs.

The transmission went out in our Ford F150 following Hurricane Ian. Our truck was picked up within a couple days and the work completed very quickly. Very pleased with how the truck is driving. Also, very reasonable pricing.
